Steve is a Managing Director at Epsilon Health Investors, where he focuses on sourcing and executing new investment opportunities and monitoring portfolio companies. He has more than a decade of finance experience across private equity, venture capital and investment banking.

Prior to Epsilon, Steve spent eight years at the private equity arm of the International Finance Corporation, called the IFC Asset Management Company. He helped to grow this firm from a concept to an established PE platform, with more than $10 billion in assets under management across 13 funds. During this time, he completed more than a dozen investments, representing nearly $700 million of invested capital. Steve began his career as an investment banker with Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group in New York, helping to restructure the balance sheet of distressed companies during the financial crisis.

Steve holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors, and a BS from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
