Kaitlynne manages Epsilon’s Finance and Administration functions, working closely with Epsilon’s third-party fund administrator, Aduro Advisors. In this role, Kaitlynne brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, compliance, and HR.

Kaitlynne most recently served as Director of Asset Management at Brian Wishneff & Associates (“BW&A”), a boutique tax credit finance and syndication firm. Kaitlynne oversaw all asset management, accounting, and compliance duties related to the company’s portfolio of debt, equity, and tax credit investments. During her five years with BW&A, Kaitlynne managed over $500 million in assets, employing general accounting protocols, performing continuous analysis of investment and loan portfolios, generating transaction-level reports, and performing compliance monitoring.

She began her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and spent nearly a decade consulting at Willis Towers Watson in their Human Capital and Benefits group, where she consulted with external clients to solve complex challenges focused on critical executive talent, governance risks, and driving business performance.

Kaitlynne holds a BS in Accounting and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
