Paul Lipari is an advisor to Epsilon Health Investors. In this role, Paul brings his extensive experience as an investment principal to diligencing investment opportunities.
In addition to his role as an advisor with Epsilon, Paul is a co-founder of Hudson Capital Advisors, a merchant bank focused on debt and equity private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and sourcing principal opportunities. Paul started Hudson Capital in 2003 and then subsequently helped a family office oversee their fixed income, private equity and real estate investment platforms. During this time, Paul created, structured and developed (through acquisitions) a $14 Billion CLO Manager (CIFC, Corp.). In 2015, Paul re-joined Hudson Capital full time to continue building the firm he co-founded.
Before starting Hudson Capital, Paul worked at Trimaran Capital Partners, a $1.0 billion private equity fund. Prior to joining Trimaran Capital Partners, Paul was an Executive Director in the Leveraged Finance group for CIBC World Markets and worked on a variety of senior bank debt, high yield debt and private/public equity transactions.
Before joining CIBC World Markets, Mr. Lipari worked at Salomon Brothers Inc where he was an associate in their High Yield Group and an analyst in their Merchant Banking Group. Paul has also sat on various private and public company boards.
Paul received his M.B.A. from The Amos Tuck Business School at Dartmouth and his B.A. from Yale University.
